Description: Brown Creek Farm is run by Jose, a young solo farmer out of Creston.

She has a flock of 400 birds who have access to 5 luscious acres of grass to roam and forage on. Her chickens are fed a unique diet of organic fermented grains which Jose prepares herself. Just like with sourdough, allowing the grains to ferment for a few days breaks it down, releasing nutrients and making it more digestible for her chicken.
