INGREDIENTS
4 cups/ 3.5 stalks chopped rhubarb
1 cup coconut sugar or brown sugar
2 Tbsp butter
DIRECTIONS
Cube the butter into small pieces
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
Put the pie filling into pre-cooked pie crust
Cover pie with aluminum foil and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes
Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking for 20 minutes
Remove the aluminum foil and continue baking for 10 minutes
