Sourdough Waffles Recipe

 

‘discarded’ sourdough starter (260 g )

1 egg

milk (125 g)

oil (30 g)


Whole Wheat flour 70 g 

sugar (31 g)

baking powder (9 g)

salt (3 g)

tbsp cinnamon (3 g)


Mix together the wet ingredients. Sift together the dry ingredients, then add to the wet and mix until just incorporated. Use immediately. 

*These waffles are kid friendly and super easy to freeze and have as quick, delicious, and healthy snacks!
