Our Raspberry Chocolate Chip Cookies are something to behold. We use real organic freeze-dried raspberry powder which gives these cookies an unbelievable raspberry flavour. We then added organic semi-sweet chocolate chips to add a hint of bitterness which balances the flavours nicely. These are a MUST TRY.
Each box contains 8 large pre-scooped frozen cookie dough balls.
Ingredients: Freshly milled organic Soft White flour (grown by Fieldstone Organics, Armstrong, milled by Confluence Farms), butter, egg (from Confluence Farms), organic cane sugar, organic freeze-dried raspberry powder, brown sugar, organic chocolate chips (cane sugar, cocoa liquor, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), pink Himalayan salt, baking soda.
Manufactured in a facility that processes peanuts, walnuts, wheat, and dairy.
Heat oven to 350 f.
Take the cookies out of the freezer and bake directly from frozen.
Place the cookies on a parchment-lined baking pan.
Bake for 12 minutes on the middle rack of the oven.
Let cool completely on the pan before serving.
