Description: For our Pickled Onions we started with our very own pearl onions. We then sliced them nice and thin and added them to a simple brine of white vinegar, salt and sugar. No need for complexity with these pickles. The simpler the better!
The result is a pickled onion with a fantastic crunch and a mild onion flavour with a touch of sweetness. Our Pickled Onions are great on everything, especially tacos, burritos, wraps and sandwiches.
