About our Hearty Whole Wheat Bread
Our Hearty Whole Wheat Bread is made with a combination of our freshly milled organic Hard Red Spring whole wheat (locally sourced from Fieldstone Organics in Armstrong) and Anita's organic whole wheat flour ( sourced from Chilliwack). Our freshly milled flour adds a ton of flavour, while Anita's flour, which is much finer than our flour, adds a lighter, airier texture. The combination of the two flours makes for a classis whole wheat bread that everyone will enjoy!
