Asiago & Walnut Pesto

Emily and I did our final basil harvest of the year and made one last batch of our extremely popular Asiago & Walnut Pesto. 
Pesto is amazing on pasta, salads, barbecue chicken, wraps, burgers and sandwiches.
Ingredients: Organic extra virgin olive oil, organic sweet basil, walnuts, Parmesan cheese, Asiago cheese and pink Himalayan salt.
Will keep up to 1 week in the refrigerator, freezes well. 

To freeze, put the jar in the freezer without a lid and then put the lid back on after the pesto has frozen. To thaw, remove from the freezer and leave on the counter for a few hours.
