Emily and I did our final basil harvest of the year and made one last batch of our extremely popular Asiago & Walnut Pesto. 
Pesto is amazing on pasta, salads, barbecue chicken, wraps, burgers and sandwiches.
Ingredients: Organic extra virgin olive oil, organic sweet basil, walnuts, Parmesan cheese, Asiago cheese and pink Himalayan salt.
Pesto is now frozen, simply let sit on the counter for 2-3 hours to thaw. You will not be able to tell that it was previously frozen!
