Sweet Dijon Zucchini Pickles

Description: Our Sweet Dijon Zucchini Pickles is our take on Bread & Butter Pickles. They have a lot less sugar than most Bread & Butter pickle recipes and a whole lot more flavour.

We started by harvesting ripe green zucchinis from our garden and pulling up fresh Red Russian garlic and onions from the soil. We then added a delightful blend of yellow and brown mustard seeds, turmeric and a small slice of habanero to give it a hint of spice.

The zucchini pickles have a wonderful smooth and silky texture. The flavour is sweet and lively which makes them perfect for burgers, sandwiches, hot dogs or snacking straight from the jar. 

Details: Comes in 750 ml and 500 ml jars. This product is canned.
