About Our Cookie
These molasses cookies are crisp around the edges and chewy in the center with a perfect balance of spices and that satisfying molasses flavour.
We started with our freshly milled Red Fife whole wheat flour for its slightly nutty and buttery flavour. We then added thick blackstrap molasses, organic cinnamon, organic ginger and organic cloves to give it that classis flavour that will remind you of the holiday season.
Each box contains 8 pre-scooped frozen cookie dough balls.
Ingredients: Freshly milled organic Red Fife flour (grown by Treasure Life Farms, Creston, milled by Confluence Farms), butter, brown sugar, organic palm fruit shortening (IBD EcoSocial Fair Trade certified), egg (from Kootenay Natural Meats, Creston), organic molasses, organic cinnamon, organic ginger, organic cloves, baking soda, salt.

Preheat the oven to 350 f.
Remove the jar of cookies from the freezer and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Make sure to leave 3 inches of space between each cookie so they can spread.
Bake the cookies for 12 minutes on the center rack of the oven.
Remove from the oven and slide the parchment paper with the cookies on it onto a cooling rack or cutting board.
Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes before serving.
