We picked tomatoes fresh off the vine, pulled purple onions from our soil, harvested perfectly ripe hot peppers and roasted them in the oven until they were blackened and nicely charred.
The roasting caramelizes the onions, bring out its sweetness while giving the tomatoes and hot peppers a beautiful smoky flavour. We then added a splash of organic lime juice and spices to really make the flavours pop.
Sold in 24 oz (680 g) jars.
