About Our Salted Rye & Walnut Chocolate Chip Cookies

Our cookies are made with our stone ground, organic whole wheat flour that we mill fresh every week from wheat berries that are grown only an hour away in Armstrong by Fieldstone Organics Farm.

Since our cookies use our whole wheat flour, they contain all of the germ and bran which contains all of the nutritious vitamins and minerals. Our cookies also use organic coconut sugar, not refined white sugar, and we use half the amount of sugar as a typical cookie.

This will give you peace of mind knowing that not only are the cookies you serve incredibly delicious, but they're also low in sugar and use nutritious whole wheat flour.

The rye and soft white whole wheat flour along with the coconut sugar gives our cookies a beautiful and complex flavour. We then hand roll each cookie in flaked sea salt, giving them the perfect balance of sweet and salty.

Since our cookies are frozen and pre-scooped, all you have to do is pop them into the oven and in just a few minutes you'll have amazing cookies that you'll be proud to serve your friends and family. No mess or clean up required!


Each jar contains 24 mini pre-scooped frozen cookie dough balls.

Ingredients: Stone ground organic Soft White Whole Wheat flour, stone ground organic Rye flour, organic virgin coconut oil, duck egg from House on the Hill Farm, organic coconut sugar, chocolate chips (unsweetened chocolate, sugar, soy lecithin, vanilla), walnuts, flaked sea salt, pink Himalayan salt, baking powder, baking soda.


Baking Instructions:

Heat oven to 350.

Take the cookies out of the freezer while pre-heating the oven to let them thaw slightly.

Place the cookies on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 - 11 minutes.

Remove from oven when the center of the cookies are still slightly shiny.

Let cool completely on the pan before serving.
