Delicious, gut-friendly Sauerkraut made by our friends Rob and Sally, owners of the Valley Kitchen in Winlaw. The Valley Kitchen is where we make all of our baked goods and pantry items!
Owners Rob and Sally are fellow foodies. Every year they make sauerkraut made with locally grown purple cabbage from Ravine Creek Farm in Winlaw. When we tasted it we were blown away. It was some of the best sauerkraut we had ever had. And when they told us they had recently made a fresh batch, we knew we had to share it with all of you.
Sold in 500 ml jars
Ingredients: Red cabbage, carrots, onion, garlic, pink Himalayan salt.
