Instead of canned pumpkin, they roast fresh, organic winter squash, grown locally in Creston, for a naturally sweet, velvety filling. The crust is crafted from organic, whole-grain spelt flour, giving each slice a rustic flavor and hearty texture that pairs beautifully with the silky filling.

Perfect for holiday gatherings or a cozy night in, this pie is a wholesome twist on a classic dessert—nourishing, delicious, and made from simple ingredients you can feel good about!

Details: Each pie is 9 inches. The pies are frozen and unbaked, so let them thaw on the counter for about 3 hours before baking. 

Ingredients:

Spelt Pie Shells: spelt flour, *palm fruit oil, *lemon juice, sea salt. *Organic 

Pumpkin Pie Filling: *Squash, *cane sugar, *eggs, skim milk powder,*cinnamon, *ginger, *cloves. *Organic 

Baking instructions:

Keep frost until your ready to bake. Thaw pie and bake at 350f for one hour or until filling is set.
