These plump wheat berries are known as Soft White Wheat. They produce incredibly fluffy white flour with low gluten content. This makes it an exceptional pastry flour. Use it to make cookies, cakes, muffins, and flaky pastries, pie crusts, and biscuits.  
 

About Our Freshly Milled, Stone Ground Flours

 We source all of our flour from Treasure Life farm near Creston BC. 

 Since our flour is milled fresh and unsifted, it still contains the bran and germ. The bran and germ contain beneficial oils which gives bread it's wonderful flavour and aroma, as well as the vitamins and minerals that make bread nutritious. 

How Long Will It Last?

Freshly milled flour will only last about 2 weeks before you start to notice a difference in the quality and flavour. Flour is perishable, so the fresher it is the better it'll taste.
