Description: Tokyo Bekana is loose-headed, lightweight cabbage, however its flavour and appearance are more similar to lettuce. It's stems are crispy and crunchy with tender lettuce-like leaves. It's has a mild, sweet, and spinach-like flavor.

Tokyo Bekana can be eaten both raw and cooked. Try sautéing, steaming, or adding it to stir-frys. Enjoy it raw by shredding it and mixing it into a salad.
