Ingredients:

Filling: Organic apricots, organic sugar, organic spelt flour, organic nutmeg.

Crust: organic spelt flour, organic palm fruit oil, organic lemon juice, sea salt.

Crumble: almonds, organic oats, butter, organic cane sugar, local honey, organic vanilla, sea salt.

 

Baking Instructions:

Thaw the pie on the counter uncovered for about 2 hours.

Heat the oven to 375 f.

Place your baking rack on the middle setting. Place a thick bottomed baking sheet or baking stone in the oven to preheat.

Place the pie on the preheated baking sheet.

Bake for approx one hour or until the filling bubbles and the topping is golden brown.

For best flavour serve cold.
