Sugarloaf Chicory are a slightly bitter, crisp and juicy fall green. One of our absolute favourites! Because of their bold flavour we recommend grilling or braising them to reduce the bitterness and bring out more of their sweetness.
How To Grill
Cut the Sugarloaf in half lengthwise.
Coat evenly with oil and salt.
Grill each side for about 5 minutes or until it's nicely charred.
Once grilled chop it up into smaller pieces.
