Once you've added all of your items to your cart click the cart icon at the top right hand side of the screen.

This will take you to your online cart. Once there, click the yellow "checkout" button. 

If you see multiple payment buttons do not click on them unless you want to use that specific payment option. To head to the regular checkout page simply click the "checkout" button.

After clicking the "checkout" button you will be sent to the checkout page. Once there look for the section on the right hand side of your screen and locate the box that reads "CSA Farm Credit, gift cards or discount codes".

This is where you enter your 16 digit Farm Credit number. Click inside the box to enter your number. This number was emailed to you after you purchased your CSA. If you cannot find it send us a message and we can resend it to you.

Once you've entered your Farm Credit number click the green "apply" button to apply your Farm Credits to your order.

Once you've applied your Farm Credit number your total should be $0.00. 

Then choose your delivery method, fill in your address information and click the "Continue to shipping" button to proceeding to the payment section.

Once you land on the payment page you should see the message "Your order is covered by your gift card". The final step is to click the "Pay now" button to complete your order.

You should receive a confirmation email shortly after. If you do not receive a confirmation email it may mean your order did not go through. Go back to the online farm store to make sure you clicked the "Pay now" button or email us to confirm your order went through at emily@confluencefarms.ca
