When our country is having a health crisis we don't need the pharmaceutical industry to create more synthetic chemicals for us to ingest. We need farmers to grow more nutritious food.

When our planet is having a global warming crisis we don't need the tech industry to invent more gadgets to save us. We need more farmers growing food in a way that maximizes carbon sequestration.

When food prices become too high we don't need our government to print more money to make it cheaper. We need more farmers on a local and regional level so we can shorten our long and expensive supply chains.

We don't have a health crisis, an environmental crisis or an economic crisis. We have an agricultural crisis.
