Ingredients
1 lb snap peas
1 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
1/2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp toasted sesame seed oil
pinch of sea salt
Serves 4-5
Instructions
Preheat a skillet on medium-high heat.
Peel the stringy portion off of each pea and set aside.
Once the pan is hot, add the coconut oil. Once the oil is hot, add the whole peas to the pan.
Cook for several minutes, stirring occasionally. After the peas have started to look a little cooked and the colours have started to pop, add the sesame seeds and the sprinkle of salt.
Continue cooking until the peas are just barely cooked through, then remove from heat and toss with the toasted sesame seed oil. Serve immediately.
