
Lemon Gummy Ingredients
80 grams lemon juice (you can use bottled lemon juice, just make sure it's high-quality)
50 grams honey
15 grams Organika Bovine gelatine powder
1/4 tsp salt
118 grams hot water

Lime Gelatine Gummy Ingredients
70 grams lime juice (you can use bottled lime juice, just make sure it's high-quality)
50 grams honey
15 grams Organika bovine gelatine powder

Elderberry Gelatine Gummy Ingredients
60 grams elderberry syrup ( I used Elderberry Grove Farm bottled syrup from Kootenay coop. It is sweetened with honey)
30 grams lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
118 grams hot water
Blueberry Gelatine Gummy Ingredients
140 grams frozen blueberries, thawed and slightly cooked
50 grams lemon juice
20 grams Organika bovine gelatine powder
1/4 tsp salt
118 grams hot water
Instructions
The instructions are the same for all of the gummies except the blueberry flavour.
For the blueberry flavour, follow the same instructions except you will need to slightly cook the blueberries, then add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Prepare your moulds or glass 9" x 9" baking pan to pour the mixture into.
Add the juice, honey, gelatine powder, and salt to a medium- sized bowl.
Use a kettle to heat the water. Turn it off before it boils, measure the water for the recipe, and then pour into the bowl over the gelatine. Whisk briskly, then pour the liquid into the pan or moulds. Place in the refrigerator to set for about an hour, then serve.
Make sure to transfer the gummies to an airtight container after they've set to prevent them from hardening or developing a 'skin'.
