Ingredients
200 grams roasted and cooled Winter Luxury pumpkin
135 grams homemade sweetened condensed milk
58 grams brown sugar
15 grams butter
2 small eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 tsp ground ginger
3/4 tsp true cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp nutmeg
pinch of cloves
Makes one 9” pie
Instructions
Prepare your pie crust or take one out of the freezer.
Preheat the oven to 375 f with a thick-bottomed sheet pan on the middle rack inside the oven.
Melt the butter over low heat on the stovetop.
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the pumpkin pie into the pie shell and place on the preheated baking sheet in the oven.
Bake at 375 f for 25 minutes, then without taking the pie out of the oven turn the oven temperature down to 350f and continue baking for another 25 minutes.
Remove the pie from the oven and set on a cooling rack. Let cool completely over several hours before serving at room temperature.
