Bake-At-Home Cinnamon Bun Instructions

Baking Instructions:

Place the cinnamon buns in the freezer when you get them.

The night before baking, remove the pan from the freezer and place it in a warm (about 20 Celsius) area to proof overnight for about 12 hours. Leave the lid on the pan and place the pan on a cooling rack to increase warm airflow under the pan. The rolls won’t look much larger after their overnight proof.

Preheat oven to 350 f with a thick-bottomed baking sheet inside on the middle rack.

Leaving the lid on, place the pan with the buns on the preheated baking sheet.

Bake for 40 minutes, then remove the lid and bake for about 10 minutes more, or until browned on the edges of the buns. Keep a close eye on them towards the end of their baking time.

Remove from the oven and let cool on a cooling rack for 15 minutes.

Once cooled slightly, spread the frosting over the buns and serve.

Happy baking!
