Sourdough Waffle Instructions

Baking Instructions:

Heat oven to 350.

Place frozen waffles on a baking sheet.

Bake for 7 min, flip waffles and bake for an additional 7 min.


Ingredients: Freshly milled organic Red Fife flour (grown by Treasure Life, Creston, milled by Confluence Farms), egg (Tulaberry Farms, Passmore), cream (Kootenay Meadows 1st choice when available), cane sugar, organic virgin coconut oil, whole wheat sourdough culture, pink Himalayan salt, baking powder.
