We’re going on vacation! ✈️
We’ll be going on a family vacation to Hawaii from Jan 28th until Feb 11th. This week will be our last delivery day until Feb 12th and 13th.
Be sure to load up this week because it will be your last chance for the next 2 weeks!
It’s not uncommon for farmers to go 5 to 10 years without going on a single vacation. Farm life can be tough. We feel extremely blessed to be able to get away to rest and relax with family before the craziness begins this spring. Thanks Mom and Dad! ❤️❤️❤️

Simply pop our Focaccia in the oven and in just 10 minutes you'll have a warm, golden- brown piece of heaven. Cut a nice big slice and take a bite. The crispy, oily edges add a slightly crunchy texture. The center is soft and warm with a tender crumb. It has a nice balance of sweet and savoury with a sprinkle of Vancouver Island sea salt that really makes the flavours pop!
Our Focaccia is made with a mix of our freshly milled, organic Hard Red Spring whole wheat flour (sourced from Armstrong) and Anita's organic whole wheat flour (sourced from Chilliwack). Our freshly milled flour gives this Focaccia a ton of flavour. Anita's whole wheat flour is finer than ours, which produces an airier, lighter Focaccia. We've found that a combination of flavour and airiness makes for the ideal Focaccia.
Bake-At-Home Buttermilk Biscuits
Brush each biscuit with warm melted butter, add a sprinkle of flaked sea salt on top and pop them in the oven. In just 15 minutes you can pull them out, place them on the table and watch as everyone begins to salivate.
These biscuits are a little sweet, salty, buttery, flaky and oh so delicious. Make sure to get an extra bag though because these biscuits are just as good for breakfast as they are for dinner!
For these biscuits we used our freshly milled Soft White whole wheat flour for its light and fluffy texture and slightly sweet flavour. Each biscuit is then hand shaped and layered to create a light and flaky texture.

Made with 100% freshly milled Hard Red Spring whole wheat, locally sourced from Fieldstone Organics in Armstrong and milled fresh by us, these loaves are full of wholesome goodness!
Cut yourself a nice thick slice, pop it in the toaster and wait for the incredible aroma of toasted bread to fill the room. Once it pops, spread some soft golden butter along and your favorite fruit jam and take a bite. The bread is tender and soft with a nice toasted crunch. The flavour is slightly sweet with a wonderful nutty whole wheat flavour. It feels satisfying to eat and nourishing in your belly.
