Basil Pesto Recipe

INGREDIENTS
7 oz basil
3 oz walnuts
15 ml garlic
8 oz Parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
12 oz extra virgin olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients into a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth.
Add extra olive oil if the mixture is too thick.
(browning will occur due to basil oxidization. This is normal and will not affect the taste.)
