Simple Roasted Turnips

Ingredients
2 lbs Purple Top Turnips
Olive oil
Salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 f.
Cut the turnips into quarters, or bite-sized chunks.
Drizzle turnips with olive oil and toss to evenly coat.
Arrange the turnips on a sheet pan or cast iron pan so that the pieces are not overlapping each other.
Sprinkle with salt.
Place in middle of oven and roast for 30 minutes, or until fork tender.
