Baking Instructions
Let the Focaccia thaw at room temperature for about 45 minutes.
Once thawed place the Focaccia in the oven at 350 f.
Bake for 10 minutes and serve.

Ingredients: Freshly milled Hard Red Spring whole wheat flour (grown by Fieldstone Organics, Armstrong, milled by Confluence Farms), organic stoneground whole wheat flour (Anita's Organic Mill, Chilliwack), organic sugar, pink Himalayan salt, yeast, Vancouver Island sea salt, olive oil.
